Responsibilities and Duties
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports.
- Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Make reservations for planned travel, including hotels and airlines.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
- Issuing tickets or relevant documents.
- Providing up to date information on travel regulations including visa, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
- Modifying existing bookings to suit a change.
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
- Any relevant degree or certification shall be a plus point.
- Comfortable, Safe and Professional working environment.
