Trax Online Private Limited is urgently seeking profiles for the position of Finance Executive for its head office based in Karachi.
Job Description:
- Preparing & Recording Monthly Statements of Account Payable/ Receivables & Bank Reconciliation Reports.
- Recording all the Expenses & Preparing Vouchers for all Expenses incurred.
- Controlling & Monitoring Booking Keeping Accounting Records & Submission of Payroll Taxes.
- Checking and verifying the daily cash opening with expenses sheet and entering Petty cash expenses data
- Preparation and filing of quarterly withholding tax statement.
- Filing of monthly sales tax and withholding tax returns.
- Dealing with vendors & customers related to any tax matter
Candidates having ICMA/ ACCA BBA/MBA with Majors in Finance/Accounts with at least 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
