Treasury Executive

Robust Support & Solutions is looking for a dedicated Treasury Executive to join its finance team at the Azad Trade Centre, Block 14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role requires working the night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM, six days a week (Monday through Saturday). The Treasury Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, banking operations, and financial transactions. Accuracy and timeliness in payment processing, bank reconciliations, and liquidity monitoring are essential to this position.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily cash and credit card deposit operations, including cash administration and oversight of current accounts and banking relationships. Review and improve cash management processes to ensure compliance with company policies and timely financial obligations. Prepare and complete all necessary documentation related to cash management setups for both new and existing departmental processes, including correspondence and proposals. Forecast, monitor, and track cash flow on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases. Analyze and resolve payment-related issues efficiently. Review bank charges and prepare periodic reports on a monthly or quarterly basis. Administer and maintain the corporate credit card program. Ensure backups of all financial data are maintained to protect data security and integrity. Oversee the annual renewal of banking facilities and maintain regular communication with banking partners to support operational needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize treasury functions. Pool cash from all bank accounts to maintain adequate liquidity. Perform data integrity checks and verify the accuracy of balance sheet figures.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in treasury or cash management, including internships. A basic understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP or IFRS is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
