Treatment Planning Waxup Operator

ClearPath Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated Wax Up Operator to join our Treatment Planning department. This role involves working closely with advanced orthodontic technologies to support the creation and refinement of dental models. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively with digital tools in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform wax-up operations to assist in the development of orthodontic treatment plans.
- Identify and analyze patterns and subtle visual differences in dental models to ensure precision.
- Utilize computer software and digital tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of work.
- Adapt to rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night schedules, as well as rotational days off.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all outputs.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent pattern recognition and attention to subtle visual details.
- Proficiency with computers and confidence in using digital tools.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night) and rotational offs.
- Ability to work on-site at the Johar Town, Lahore location.
