Role and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining API, web services.
- Deploy ML models on Cloud (AWS, GCP, IBM)
- Designing, developing, and maintaining data systems and databases
- In depth analysis of team requirements to identify functional needs and acceptance criteria.
- Working closely with the development, testing, delivery, and support teams to ensure that the requirements are interpreted and developed to meet the product acceptance criteria.
- Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BS Computer Science/ Engineering
- (Other engineering disciplines are also acceptable if sufficient work experience can be demonstrated)
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming skills
- Strong backend (Django, Flask) development skillset
- Should have a working knowledge of Containers.
- Should have a good understanding of OpenAPI specifications in general.
- Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools
- Experience of Machine Learning models deployment
- Should have good knowledge of Cloud-based AI engines like AWS, Google AI, IBM Watson and etc.
- Experience with (AWS, GCP) Cloud services specifically (Compute EC2, Storage S3,..)
Good to have Skills
- Knowledge of Machine Learning models
- Hands on experience with JavaScript (Node JS), Dot Net, Python
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS)
- Deep understanding of web and mobile technologies
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
Experience
- Professional experience in consumer technology, banking, wealth management and/or top tier consulting firm with a focus on digital strategy is a plus.
- Experience with corporate software delivery methodologies including Agile
