We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.

Execute and manage routine e-commerce warehouse tasks like goods reception, packing, shelving, quality control, etc.
Daily monitoring of order processing to ensure that orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
In charge of warehouse team building, daily order management, discipline building, and labor coordination.
Continual reviewing, analyzing, and improving processes.
Accountable for stock inventory accuracy and the resolution of any discrepancies.
Generate analysis and sales reports on a regular basis.
Logistic coordination when required.
Report to the manager with the deliverables.
Assist in developing and implementing demand generation plans to grow revenue.
Maintain a daily/weekly shipment report.
Other duties as assigned.
