About the role
The Digital Engagement and Outreach Specialist will be part of the Marketing team responsible for overseeing and managing the development of relationships with our existing clients and building new ones with prospects. This person looks after the performance, strategy and growth of the Engagement & Outreach offerings within the organization as a standalone service.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities by managing customer life cycles
• Develop marketing materials to enhance new business outreach through newsletters and email campaigns while keeping the existing clients engaged through nurturing campaigns
• Engage in email marketing (cold and warm leads) and do lead management using Hubspot
• Prepare campaign analytics to assess performance and suggest continuous improvements
• Communicate all new initiatives, strategies, and opportunities directly with existing clients as needed and on a weekly/monthly basis
