Specific Tasks
- Manage & close sales queries successfully on socials & website
- Order management include order record updatation, order processing, booking & dispatching
- Order tracking include feedback, complaint resolution
- Maintaining inventory control and direct communication with production department
- In depth knowldge of social network on web, know the seo techniques, google drive etc
- Eager to learn, motivated, self driven and result oriented
