Techincal Support Officer (Solar Inverter)

Tri-Angels Electronics is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Officer specializing in solar inverters to join our team. With at least two years of experience, the candidate resolves customer inquiries and technical issues promptly, facilitating smooth installation and operation processes. This role does not involve managing a team but requires excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. The Technical Support Officer works closely with customers to diagnose problems, guide installation procedures, and offer troubleshooting solutions tailored to individual needs. The position demands effective communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and the capability to document support activities and product feedback. Responsibilities
