We are looking for professionals who have prior experience with Online Packaging & Printing Co. Candidates should be hardworking & are willing to go extra mile to get new/retain clients.
Job Responsibilities Include
- Acquire new clients through Chat/Email/Calls (Inbound)
- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and convert them in to Sales
- Follow up on potential leads to increase Sales
- Stay in touch with clients by gathering feedback and promoting re orders
- Candidates must have excellent written english skills and willing to work in night shifts.
Requirements
- An ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong grip on English Language (Written & Verbal)
- Should not hesitate to pick up the phone and call up potential clients in the US
- Would be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have professional experience of atleast 1-2years in online printing & packaging field.
- Able to Handle Pressure & be dependable (able to work on their own)
