We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team and bring design concepts to life through photorealistic renders.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations based on conceptual designs and technical drawings.
Collaborate with designers and draughtsman/draftsman to ensure visual accuracy and consistency across projects.
Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation visuals when required.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines.

Requirements:

Proficiency in 3ds Max (Corona Renderer or V-Ray), SketchUp, and Photoshop and Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in using various software tools is a plus (e.g., [mention specific software if relevant])
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photorealistic 3D rendering.
Understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and interior space planning.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience is preferred.
However, if you are talented, passionate, and have a strong portfolio, we encourage you to apply even if you are at the start of your career.
Prior experience working with international clients is an advantage.
