We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Load Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for managing over-the-road (OTR) freight loads by coordinating with carriers and brokers, ensuring timely shipments, and optimizing routes to maximize efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work night shifts, and a basic understanding of freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage OTR loads by liaising with carriers and brokers to secure transportation services.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Negotiate freight rates effectively to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and clients to foster ongoing partnerships.
- Assign loads to drivers based on their availability, location, and vehicle capacity to optimize resource utilization.
- Plan efficient routes to reduce empty miles and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Communicate dispatch instructions clearly and monitor driver performance and compliance with company policies.
- Track shipments in real-time, conduct check calls, and promptly resolve any operational issues or delays that arise.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and system updates are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed dispatch logs and reports, coordinating closely with operations teams to support seamless workflow.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a background in Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships and freight rates.
- Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) and perform well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range between PKR 50,000 and 75,000 per month.
- Additional benefits include commission, EOBI, Provident Fund contributions, paid leaves, and opportunities for career growth.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, providing a structured workweek with consistent scheduling.
