We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing over-the-road (OTR) freight operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle booking and coordinating shipments, negotiating freight rates, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and clients. This role requires working evening to early morning hours and offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any operational issues that arise during transit.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the system for each load to maintain operational transparency.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure a smooth workflow and address any logistical challenges promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage carrier and client interactions.
- Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) and perform well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Candidates with a background in supply chain management or logistics will have an edge.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 75,000.
