We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage over-the-road (OTR) freight operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking and coordinating shipments, negotiating freight rates, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and clients. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure during night shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage OTR loads by coordinating with carriers and brokers to ensure efficient transportation.
- Oversee shipments, pickups, and deliveries, ensuring timely execution and accuracy.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business needs.
- Track shipments closely and proactively resolve any operational issues that arise during transit.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and system updates are completed promptly for each load.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch and operations teams to streamline workflow and communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in call center or logistics environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage carrier and client interactions successfully.
- Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) and perform well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range between PKR 50,000 and 75,000 per month.
- Additional benefits include commission, EOBI, Provident Fund, paid leaves, and opportunities for career growth.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, providing a consistent workweek.
- This is a full-time, contract position requiring in-person attendance at the work location.
