Truck dispatch Sales Agent

This full-time, on-site position is based in Islamabad and focuses on sales for a Truck Dispatch Campaign. As a Sales Agent, you will promote truck dispatch services to potential clients, primarily trucking companies including owner-operators and fleet owners. Your role involves managing customer accounts, understanding client needs, and providing customized solutions to help increase load bookings and drive business growth within the trucking industry. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential, as will coordinating with dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and onboard new trucking companies for dispatch services through cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups.
- Present and pitch dispatching services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits tailored to their business needs.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to maximize load bookings.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to build a consistent book of business.
- Work closely with dispatchers to ensure smooth operations post-onboarding.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets related to carrier acquisition and revenue generation.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B communication is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills in English are essential.
- Basic understanding of the U.S. freight market; training will be provided.
- Confidence, self-motivation, and resilience to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with the USA time zone.

This role is based in Islamabad, preferably in the I-10/Markaz area, and requires in-person attendance. The monthly salary ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
