Nationwide Dispatch Services LLC is a growing US-based truck dispatching company specializing in securing higher-paying loads, negotiating rates, and managing paperwork for owner-operators and small fleets across all 48 states. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to our long-term growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with carriers and help expand our client base while developing your career within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to US owner-operators and small fleets operating dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, hotshot, and box trucks.
- Effectively pitch our dispatch services and successfully sign new carriers.
- Collect all necessary onboarding documents, including MC authority, certificate of insurance, W-9 forms, and dispatch agreements.
- Coordinate the handover of new carriers to the dispatch team and maintain ongoing communication to ensure carrier retention.
- Maintain a daily pipeline of leads, calls, and sign-ups to meet sales targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- At least six months of sales experience specifically within the US truck dispatching industry.
- Excellent spoken English with clear and confident communication skills tailored to US carriers.
- Energetic, target-driven mindset with a commitment to a long-term role.
- Availability to work US hours, specifically the night shift.
- Familiarity with MC/DOT authority, load boards, rate confirmations, and carrier packet documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from Rs 100,000 to Rs 150,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Attractive commission structure offering 10% of dispatch fees earned from every carrier signed, with no cap, for as long as the carrier remains with the company.
- Opportunity for career advancement into team lead and sales manager roles within the organization.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time.
- This is an on-site position located in Alipur Taramari, near HBS Hospital, Islamabad.
