North Bridge Solutions, a leading truck dispatching business based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support carrier acquisition and sales efforts. The CSR will be responsible for managing communications with carriers and brokers, assisting in sales pipeline activities, and ensuring high-quality service to foster strong relationships within the trucking industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with carriers and brokers through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify new carrier leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Assist in the carrier onboarding process by collecting all necessary documentation and information.
- Support sales representatives by managing the sales pipeline and conducting timely follow-ups.
- Address and resolve carrier inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about trucking industry trends and company services to provide relevant information.
- Collaborate closely with dispatchers and operations teams to ensure efficient load coverage and delivery.
- Log all communications, meetings, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed key performance indicators related to lead conversion, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in negotiation and customer interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and Google Sheets.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Interest or knowledge of the logistics and trucking industry is advantageous.
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Compensation and Work Environment:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs120,000, commensurate with experience and performance. This is an in-person role based in Lahore, requiring the candidate to work onsite to facilitate close collaboration with the operations and dispatch teams.
