Truck Dispatcher

Remote Digits is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our USA operations team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong understanding of the US trucking industry who can efficiently manage dispatch operations from a remote work environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating loads, negotiating rates, and maintaining communication with brokers and drivers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily truck dispatch operations independently.
- Utilize load boards such as DAT and Truckstop to identify and secure freight loads.
- Negotiate rates effectively with brokers to maximize profitability.
- Plan and schedule loads while coordinating with drivers to optimize routes and delivery times.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with brokers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Resolve issues proactively and apply problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in US truck dispatching with a solid understanding of the industry.
- Strong familiarity with load boards including DAT and Truckstop.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience communicating with brokers.
- Demonstrated ability to plan loads, coordinate drivers, and track shipments effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage dispatch operations remotely.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to handle challenges in a dynamic environment.
