Crypthon Technologies is seeking a motivated and organized Truck Dispatcher to join its dynamic logistics team for the night shift. This full-time, on-site role is based in Johar Town, Lahore, offering a competitive monthly salary between Rs70,000 and Rs100,000. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of dispatching and logistics, with at least one year of relevant experience. However, freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The position requires working hours from 6 pm to 3 am, and fluency in English is preferred to ensure effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch trucks efficiently to optimize routes and delivery times.
- Monitor driver routes closely to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers and clients to coordinate logistics operations.
- Resolve transportation issues promptly and professionally to minimize disruptions.
- Keep accurate and updated shipment records for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within logistics services to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, rates, and service information with customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of dispatching and logistics processes.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in truck dispatching or a related field.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6 pm to 3 am.
- Ability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore.
