Arrow Truckers, a growing USA-based trucking company with an expanding presence in Pakistan, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join their Lahore office. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals seeking to start a career in logistics. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. The position involves working night shifts aligned with US Eastern Time to support the company’s operations by managing load planning and communication for US-based trucking routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch trucks and manage load planning for routes within the United States.
- Book loads using load boards and negotiate with brokers, with full training provided.
- Maintain ongoing communication with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Track driver locations and monitor deliveries in real time to guarantee timely completion.
- Quickly resolve any on-road issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Accurately maintain logs, load sheets, and broker documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and US transportation regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer use, including email, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to work night shifts corresponding to US Eastern Time (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Ability to work on-site at the DHA Phase 3 office in Lahore.
- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics is a plus but not required.
