Truck Dispatcher

Arrow Truckers is seeking a dedicated Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Model Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing driver schedules, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and ensuring efficient load planning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with drivers and clients, and contribute to the overall success of the team. This full-time position offers competitive salary and benefits, with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule drivers’ routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to support smooth operations.
- Optimize load assignments to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Quickly identify and resolve any transportation issues to minimize disruptions.
- Accurately document all dispatch activities, including schedules, routes, and communications.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and meeting their transportation needs.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in truck dispatching or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in dispatching software and relevant technology.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving team goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs100,000 per month.
