Truck Dispatcher

Loadify LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This on-site position requires working during US time zone hours and is well-suited for candidates with up to six months of experience in US trucking dispatching. The ideal candidate will be familiar with load searching, broker communication, and rate negotiation, and will play a key role in supporting our operations by identifying profitable loads and coordinating with brokers to ensure smooth dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Search for suitable loads using DAT load boards to identify potential freight opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with brokers regarding load availability, rates, and specific requirements.
- Negotiate rates to maximize profitability while maintaining strong broker relationships.
- Qualify loads based on route feasibility, rate competitiveness, and operational needs.
- Present suitable load options to management for review and approval to ensure alignment with company goals.

Required Qualifications
- Up to 6 months of experience in US trucking dispatching.
- Basic knowledge of DAT load boards and an understanding of US trucking operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with brokers and internal teams.
- Ability to evaluate loads critically and identify the most suitable opportunities for dispatch.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bahria Town, Lahore, adhering to US time zone working hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Monthly salary range between PKR 60,000 and 80,000.
- Commission structure offering 5–10% of gross revenue, providing additional earning potential based on performance.
