Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Truck Dispatcher to join our team and oversee daily trucking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers, maintaining clear and consistent communication with both drivers and customers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, this role involves handling various administrative duties and maintaining accurate records of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch truck drivers efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain ongoing communication with drivers and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Track shipments using dispatch software and GPS tools to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage administrative tasks including record-keeping and documentation related to trucking operations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations throughout the dispatch process.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with dispatch software and GPS tracking tools.
- Minimum of six months of truck dispatch experience in the USA (mandatory).
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma. Professional certifications in logistics or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in trucking or logistics is highly preferred.
- Competitive base salary up to PKR 100,000, depending on prior experience.
- Additional commission-based incentives on top of the base pay.
- Work location is onsite at Bahria Town, Lahore, with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
