About the role The Dispatcher will manage dispatch operations, assign delivery routes, and oversee a team of dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

What You Will Do
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with truckers and supply partners.
  • Negotiating rates and delivery terms to ensure profitability and service quality.
  • Scheduling trucks and drivers for timely deliveries.
  • Tracking shipments to ensure they are completed on time and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on supply activities.
What We Are Looking For
  • 1-2 Years of experience in US dispatch.
  • Proficient in English language, verbal and written.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with dispatch management software.
  • Knowledge of logistics and regulatory compliance.
