Truck Dispatcher USA

We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our US-based logistics team. This role involves hands-on management of a small fleet, typically 2 to 3 trucks, ensuring smooth operations across US freight lanes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching loads, maintaining strong relationships with carriers, and proactively resolving any issues that arise during transit. This position requires working US business hours and offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage 2 to 3 owner-operators or trucks operating on US freight lanes.
- Source loads using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.com, and negotiate competitive rates.
- Monitor drivers in real-time to ensure timely deliveries and address any challenges promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with brokers, carriers, and shippers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle all necessary paperwork including rate confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOLs), check calls, and Proof of Delivery (PODs).
- Ensure adherence to delivery windows and maintain a high level of on-time performance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of truck dispatch experience within the US market.
- Proficient in using load boards like DAT, Truckstop.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work US business hours, including night shifts aligned with Pacific Time (PKT).
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple trucks simultaneously without compromising service quality.
- Solid understanding of US freight lanes, rate structures, and broker relationships.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive base salary up to PKR 70,000 per month.
- Commission structure offering 10% on every load dispatched, providing significant earning potential for high performers managing multiple trucks.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday with weekends off, aligned with US business hours.
- On-site position based in Faisal Town, Lahore, offering a collaborative work environment.
