Truck Dispatchers (BPO)

We are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our BPO team based in Blue Area, Islamabad. This role operates on a night shift schedule and offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in dispatch or a related BPO environment, demonstrating strong communication and coordination abilities. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage dispatch operations while maintaining clear communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch jobs and orders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Track schedules, assignments, and the status of each job to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep accurate records of all dispatch activities and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in BPO or dispatch roles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with multiple parties.
- Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as per the job requirement.
