TRUCKING DISPATCH SALES AGENT

Fetch Dispatch Services, a sister company of Sociolyze, is seeking an experienced Trucking Dispatch Sales Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trucking dispatch sales, with a strong ability to acquire carriers, close leads, and convert prospects into long-term paying clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the trucking industry, particularly in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Box Truck operations, and the confidence to manage sales conversations from initial contact through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire trucking carriers and convert leads into active clients.
- Close prospects and onboard new clients efficiently.
- Sell dispatch services across various trucking operations including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Box Truck.
- Manage sales conversations and maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with carriers through effective communication.
- Negotiate terms with prospects and drive deals toward successful closing.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in trucking dispatch sales with a track record of closing deals.
- Hands-on experience in acquiring carriers and onboarding clients within the trucking industry.
- Solid understanding of Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Box Truck operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to follow up persistently.
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into paying clients, not just generate interest.
