Trucking Dispatch Specialist

Flink Freight Logistics, a rapidly expanding company specializing in Over-the-Road (OTR) freight forwarding and logistics, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. This role involves managing load bookings, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and clients to ensure efficient freight operations. The position requires working the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 75,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage OTR loads by liaising with carriers and brokers to optimize freight movement.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries to ensure timely execution of logistics operations.
- Negotiate freight rates effectively to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business growth.
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any operational issues that may arise during transit.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and system updates are completed promptly for each load.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to maintain a smooth workflow and high service standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in call center environments or logistics operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage carrier and client interactions.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
