Trucking Sales Executive - Male Candidates Only (on-site)

UTrade Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trucking Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships within the U.S. and Canadian trucking markets. The position requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM and involves direct interaction with shippers, freight brokers, and internal teams to drive sales and meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and acquire trucking customers across various transportation services.
- Sell Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), drayage, and cross-border transportation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and freight brokers to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate closely with pricing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate competitive rates and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in trucking sales.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. and Canadian trucking markets, including regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and business development within the logistics or trucking sector.

Additional Information:
The role offers a salary commensurate with experience. Candidates must be available to work onsite during the designated night shift hours.
