We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Truck Dispatcher with a strong understanding of load booking and coordination for over-the-road (OTR) trucking operations. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working closely with truck drivers, carriers, and freight brokers to ensure smooth dispatching and timely deliveries. This role requires managing OTR loads primarily in the Canadian, US, or UK markets, making prior experience in these regions a significant advantage. The position operates during night hours and offers opportunities for career growth within a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage OTR loads utilizing relevant load boards and broker networks.
- Coordinate effectively with truck drivers, carriers, and brokers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Negotiate freight rates to optimize profit margins while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Track shipments continuously and provide timely updates on load status to all stakeholders.
- Resolve operational challenges such as delays and scheduling conflicts promptly.
- Maintain accurate records including load confirmations, rate agreements, and dispatch documentation.
- Develop and sustain professional relationships with carriers and brokers to support ongoing business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in truck dispatching.
- Proven experience working with load boards, freight brokers, carriers, and truck drivers.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work the designated night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), Monday through Friday.
- Candidates must have practical knowledge of OTR dispatching; experience limited to warehouse, taxi/cab, local delivery, or general call center dispatching will not fulfill the core requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- OTR experience in the Canadian, US, or UK markets is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to 85,000.
