Accounting Staff

Tsg Commodities is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accounting Staff member with a minimum of two years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, along with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Tally. This role does not involve managing a team but requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks accurately and efficiently. The candidate should demonstrate excellent command of the English language to ensure clear communication and documentation within the accounting processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing comprehensive account reconciliations, managing customer accounts effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. You will work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations, support audits, and contribute to the overall financial health of Tsg Commodities.
Responsibilities

Perform regular account reconciliation to verify and correct discrepancies in financial records.
Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection from customers.
Maintain and update the general ledger accurately, documenting all financial transactions.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Tally to record transactions and generate reports.
Maintain customer account management to resolve billing issues and respond to inquiries efficiently.
Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management and external auditors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and tax requirements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support company planning.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and support audit activities.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard financial information at all times.
Continuously improve accounting processes for increased accuracy and efficiency.
