TSR tele sales representatives

The position is based in a modern office near Giga Mall, DHA Phase 2, with working hours from 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services.
- Convert incoming and outgoing calls into successful sales transactions.
- Maintain a professional and confident tone during all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and persuasively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, call center, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability to work in person at the designated office location.
