- To maintain updated contact details of target clients.
- To update ledgers of target clients through Accounts Department on weekly basis.
- To email ledger to clients after call.
- To update the Follow-up Excel sheet after every call with status of payments (received or not).
- To coordinate with the sales person and rider regarding payments (cheques/cash) on daily basis.
- To communicate and follow-up effectively with the Marketing Department regarding clients’ accounts on a timely basis.
- To prepare weekly & monthly summary reports of all clients receivables.
- To participate in morning meetings for daily, weekly & monthly strategies.
- To perform other assigned tasks and duties to support the accounts department.
- To perform Account reconciliation with Accounts Department from time to time.
- To prepare a weekly and monthly targets for sales recovery and present comparison with actual on monthly basis to General Manager and CEO.
- To forward a monthly summary to the HOD of recoveries as and when required.
