• Primarily responsible for the overall direction and strategy of all technical/customer service matters.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of customer service operations.
  • Operates closely with the customers to determine requirements, receives and provides solution to complex queries and complaints with an aim to clarify within well-established guidelines using standardized formats.
  • Handles correspondence relating to a variety of subjects such as claims for lost or damaged samples, incorrect billing, furnishing wrong price quotations and delays and unsatisfactory services rendered.
  • Initiates escalation procedures and follows up where necessary in all activities while supplying service information, both internally and to customers.
  • Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates work/communication flow. Coordinates work activities across different departments to ensure high standard of service and to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements.
  • Works closely with other departments to secure customer satisfaction through the awareness and ongoing development of work processes.
  • Ensure that the customer service representatives are fulfilling and delighting customers through consistent and high-quality standards.
  • Customer service is the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of services.
