To receive samples along with lab test form from customers and to get clarity and authorization, as and where required.
- To fill up test requisitions and transmit test reports to customers.
- To capture the digital images of all testing samples, as and where required, and forward to data management team to be incorporated in respective final test reports.
- To manage and prepare related outgoing couriers regarding test reports, invoices and returnable samples in coordination with Officer Customer Services (Sample Collector).
- To supervise the database to keep testing record updated, as and where applicable.
- To analyze the data of customer commitments on monthly basis and present the analysis report to Manager Customer Services, as and where applicable.
- To generate reports required by the management and customers as and when required, with the coordination of departmental head.
