Job Description

Conduct orientation sessions to educate employees about Performance Management Process.

  • Re-design existing Appraisal Forms to integrate KPIs.
  • Ensure distribution of Appraisal Forms among all stakeholders.
  • Prepare analysis sheet on the basis of data gathered through Appraisal Forms.
  • Help Management finalizing increment sheets.
