- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Initiating and availing Corporate Discounts from different brands.
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (electricians, renovations etc.).
- Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
- Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.
