• Workforce planning, budgeting, rationalization of organization structure and job descriptions.
  • Business process re-engineering for HR department to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop sustainable HR processes through implementation of ERP system and automate other processes through development of applications/software by partnering with IT
  • Capability development of employees through targeted learning & development initiatives
  • Advise management on change management initiatives within the company.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment methodologies, plan and strategies
  • Design and implement performance management system within the company by aligning individual’s, department’s objectives with the company strategic objectives.
  • Manpower planning, budgets and manage recruitments against vacancies.
  • Assess training needs through a formal TNA process, design annual training calendar, assess Impact and effectiveness of all training programs.
  • Deal, respond and process queries, interpretation of rules, legal cases, grievance handling, whistle blowing etc. To effectively address employee grievances
