Material Balancing of raw material, pending issuance of purchase
Daily checking of tank, reporting on daily basis
To look after the inward and outward of all items, checking the basic material coming on site and verifying it.
To manage inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfer with related departments.
To maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage, design principle, recommendation improvements.
To maintain all records of receipt and issue.
To maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variance, inputting data.
To prepare all necessary reports pertaining to RM/PM.
To check the flow of the store from time to time
To check the products before the opening and closing of the store
Must be technically sound to check the quality of valves and other spares and tool items
Any other job responsibilities assigned by management from time to time
