Can you adopt and execute Sales Plan to achieve dealer network targets, promote Turk-Plast in the market/showrooms to increase sales and ensure profitability, and create strategic plans of action to gain more clients, review weekly sales and statistics with Sales Team to identify potential revenue gaps?

Head Office is based in Lahore, Sales operation are whole counrty wide.

Job Description

·      Turk Plast - Shahzad Hammad Trader is a world-class sanitary and plumbing brand provider.We are looking for sales professionals (Sales Executives, Area  Sales Managers from and for different Territories).Candidates from all Cities in Pakistan Can apply.

Job Description:

·         Maintaining and increasing sales of your SHT's products in both corporate and dealer’s network.

·         Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

·         Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base by researching and capturing best customers (corporate and dealers).

·         Maintaining a continuous communication with head office Sales & Marketing Corporate and Dealers divisions.

·         Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs. 

·         Servicing the needs of your existing customers through queries/complaints resolutions.

·         Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

·         Setting sales targets for individual sales officer and your team as a whole

·         Controlling the training and development of your staff

·         Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment

·         Allocating areas to sales officer

·         Developing sales strategies and setting targets

·         Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

·         Compiling and analyzing sales figures

·         Educating customers about the technical functionalities of products and make them actual customers.

·         Reporting to senior managers

·         Keeping up to date with products and competitors

·         Giving discounts to customers in authorized limits and offer customers good hospitality.

Requirements for the role:

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Sales experience essential.

·         Demonstrable and successful sales track record

·         Good technical background in product area is desirable

·         Good presentation skills

·         Market analysis.
