• Design the monitoring & evaluation mechanism in consultation with project team and other stakeholders

  • Developing, implementing and overseeing program performance management and reporting systems

  • Ensure the timely and successful implementation of the planned activities are successfully implemented

  • Carryout monitoring & evaluation of the training programs, institutes and trainees during pre and post training phase

  • Provide timely feedback to program team and share field observation reports for improvement

  • Develop and maintain system for monitoring & evaluation documentation

  • Generate periodic reports for information and review by the management, funding agency and stakeholders

  • Maintain high ethical standards at all times, avoiding any actual or perceived conflicts of interest
