Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tutor to provide academic support to students across multiple subjects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to explain concepts clearly, assist students with their daily learning activities, and contribute to improving their overall academic performance. This role involves working closely with students to build their confidence and encourage independent learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach core subjects including English, Urdu, Mathematics, Science, and other relevant areas according to the students’ grade levels.
- Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation to reinforce their understanding.
- Develop lesson plans and implement effective teaching methods tailored to individual learning needs.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support to help students overcome challenges.
- Monitor student progress regularly and maintain accurate records of academic performance.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment that motivates students.
- Encourage student participation, build their confidence, and promote independent learning skills.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of core academic subjects taught at various grade levels.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with students and support their learning.
- Patience and the ability to work well with children from diverse backgrounds.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to supporting students’ academic growth.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
