- Evaluating and review of ongoing business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and cross-functional team, and producing useful reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher.
