We are looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our business. Ultimately, to lead, build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of outdoor advertisement and conventional marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the attitude and potential to learn new things
  • Comfortable working with numbers (numerically literate) and data analysis skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Project Planning Tools, Keyword/Trend Analysis Tools and Google Analytics
  • Proven experience in researching & identifying target audiences and in creatively devising marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate potential customers
  • A sense of design fundamentals: aesthetics, calligraphy, typography, colours, etc.
  • Knowledge of marketing models, witty communication, ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects and a love for great ad copies
  • BSc/BBA/MSc/MBA/M.Phil or degree in Marketing (or a related field) and proven history
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing manager in the reputed organization

Responsibilities

  1. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  3. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels: event management, outdoor media, tv & radio advertisements which drive publicity.
  4. Produce valuable and engaging content for our outdoor media (Billboards, Flyers, Signage and Steamers etc.) which attracts and converts our target users.
  5. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, distributors and suppliers.
  6. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  7. Oversee and approve marketing material: steamers, billboards, standees, flyers & brochures, news adverts, tv & radio advertisements, etc.
  8. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  9. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.
  10. Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
