We are a leading energy/engineering company based in Lahore looking for an experienced General Manager for Refinery/Plant Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall management of plant operations and production targets
2. Ensure HSE compliance and operational efficiency
3. Lead and manage team of engineers and supervisors
4. Budget planning and cost control
5. Liaison with clients, vendors and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
1. Bachelors in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
2. 20+ years experience in refinery, oil & gas, or petrochemical plant
3. Proven track record as General Manager/Plant Head
4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills
5. Retired officers from Army/Navy/PIA with relevant experience are welcome to apply
