My company in Australian 20 years experience in the web design industry.
Our company is expanding to larger scale web and mobile applications, requiring a Junior Project Manager to assist the senior Project Manager.
About the role
- An exciting position on offer for a Junior Project Manager with experience managing projects for corporate clients to join a professionally driven team.
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to control the outcome of our new web and mobile applications.
- The role will see you overseeing a range of projects, primarily focusing on the Real Estate web application to begin with.
- A high level of professionalism is required for communication, collaboration and negotiation across a team of Directors, Designers, Programmers and Stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
- Develop, implement and improve project disciplines, systems, procedures and controls
- Consult and liaise with relevant Directors and Senior Project Manager
- Ensure that deliverables are prioritised and the project is successfully delivered within budget, scope, quality specifications and time
- Have excellent planning and organising ability
- Manage and be responsible for a small team and the tasks assigned to them
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Experience
- 1+ years experience preferred
- Project Management tool experience (preferably Jira)
- Ability to produce reporting on all projects
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Leadership skills
- Big-picture thinking and vision
- Attention to detail
- Conflict resolution skills
