CONTENT CREATOR Intern

UBM Technologies is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator Intern to join their dynamic team in Gulberg 2, Lahore. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone with basic to intermediate video editing skills and a passion for AI-driven content creation. The intern will work closely with the digital media team to produce engaging short-form videos tailored for various digital platforms. Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Film & TV, Digital Media, or a related field and have some experience in video or content creation. This position provides hands-on experience with AI video generation tools and exposure to current trends in digital video content. The Content Creator Intern will not manage a team but will be expected to bring a creative mindset to develop new video concepts and assist in editing reels, promotional videos, and more. Working hours differ by gender, with males working from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and females from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The role offers a monthly stipend and the possibility of permanent employment based on performance, fostering growth within a professional environment.
Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form video content optimized for social media and digital platforms.
Develop creative video concepts that align with brand identity and marketing strategies.
Edit AI-generated videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VEO, and other AI video generation software.
Incorporate captions, transitions, visual effects, music, and other enhancements to produce professional-quality videos.
Repurpose existing video content into fresh, engaging formats to increase audience reach.
Stay updated with the latest AI video tools, short-form video trends, and innovative editing techniques.
Ensure all video content adheres to company standards and effectively communicates the desired message.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Maintain an organized portfolio of video projects and samples showcasing skills and creativity.
Continuously learn new AI technologies and video editing tools to improve content production efficiency.
