Peakora Himalayan Tea is seeking a creative and motivated UGC Video Creator AI to join their team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. This role focuses on producing engaging short-form video content that highlights the unique qualities of Peakora’s Himalayan tea products, brand story, and lifestyle themes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, helping to strengthen the brand’s social media presence and connect with tea enthusiasts through authentic storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and film short-form video content that effectively showcases Peakora Himalayan Tea products and brand narratives.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to brainstorm creative ideas and ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Produce a variety of video formats including product demonstrations, taste tests, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer-centric stories.
- Utilize AI tools for video editing, captioning, and optimization to enhance content quality and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to refine content strategies and experiment with new formats.
- Stay informed about social media trends, particularly within the tea, wellness, and lifestyle sectors, to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all video content.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to script, film, and produce engaging short-form videos tailored for social media audiences.
- Experience with video editing software and familiarity with AI-assisted editing and content optimization tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including current trends in user-generated and influencer-style content.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to communicate brand values and product benefits in a clear, creative manner.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating authentic, relatable content in English and/or local languages.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including audience engagement, brand consistency, and campaign alignment.
- Genuine interest in tea, wellness, or lifestyle brands, with a willingness to learn about Himalayan teas and Peakora’s product range.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
