Junior Web Developer (Paid Internship to Full-Time)

Responsibilities

Learn and develop proficiency in Wix Velo web development under direct mentorship from company founders and senior developers.
Apply foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to create dynamic, responsive web components and pages.
Engage in the development and integration of front-end and back-end features using React and Node.js frameworks.
Work on real client projects from day one, contributing code that meets quality standards and undergoes regular review by senior developers.
Build custom web components and client-specific integrations that enhance user experience and meet project requirements.
Debug and troubleshoot code issues to ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance of web applications.
Participate actively in code reviews, learning best practices and development standards to improve coding quality.
Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and provide updates.
Demonstrate reliability by meeting deadlines, being detail-oriented, and maintaining consistent progress in skill development.
Attend on-site work in Al Hamra Town, Lahore, contributing to a collaborative and focused team atmosphere.
