Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain attendance record
  • Distribute mail
  • Maintain stationery, office equipment, and inventories
  • Follow company rules and work standards
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Make meeting arrangements for Partners
  • Update paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Assist in general admin work

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors with relevant work experience.
  • Presentable
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office
